POPLAR

Poplar is Open for bookings:

Poplar is a 7 acre lake, that is now open for bookings. Poplar has been stocked with Carp fishing in mind, now a specialty day-ticket lake.  

Poplar has Carp up to 35 lbs and was re-stocked in November 2025 with 120 Super Simmo Carp to add to the existing fish. Poplar has a choice of swims available, and is perfect for fishing with friends, with the point having been designed for up to 3 fishing anglers. 

You can also find Bream, Tench, Roach, Perch and Pike.

Poplar can be found right next to Alder and opposite Linford 1.

Access & Parking

The best access to Poplar is from Little Linford Lane. As you drive down the track, there is a car park next to Linford 1 and opposite Poplar.
